Hussain Khan & Company is a third generation civil and mechanical construction company. The company is a medium sized construction company according to the standard of Pakistan’s construction industry on basis of volume and nature of works carried out, in and outside of Pakistan.The projects were from pre-partition former East Pakistan, the Northern Areas, Balochistan and internationally in Iraq and U.A.E.

Tunnelling

Tunnelling is a uniquely different kind of work in the category of Civil - Construction Works. The skill-sets of the work force are of a specialized nature, the equipment required is of special category which makes the planning and execution of the tunneling project unique from other construction works. The changes in skill-set and equipment required also varies from project to project making it an even further specialized and dynamic. Our company has been involved in Tunnelling works for three generations and our projects achievements are a matter of pride for us. To take on tunnel works projects in difficult geology and to successfully complete the task for our clients is our resolution and the same standards is maintained for the present and the future projects.

Small Dams and Spillways

The Company has worked at various Dams in Pakistan which Hub Dam, small Dams in Punjab and KPK, and Duhok Dam in Iraq

Building Works

Building works are the most familiar face of the construction industry worldwide. It would not be out of place to mention that H.K & Co has carried-out substantial number of building works and amongst those we could state that some are of prestigious nature e.g. the Depot level Maintenance Building for Pak Army, Spanish Embassy Building in Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad and Barani college now ARID University works in Rawalpindi. These works were carried out not only as building Contracts but as EPC contracts. The above is to state the capacity of the firm to carry-out prestige building works and to deliver a one window service to our Clients.

Piling Works

We have the expertise and equipment for carrying-out piling works for bridges, buildings, foundations, and micro piles.

Drilling and
grouting works

Drilling for grouting purposes and Drilling of holes to install anchors for stabilization of natural surface be it on the embankment or abutments of mountains, surface for dams and spill ways or inside tunnels and around underground structures like power houses is a specialized area of works in the Drilling works soil stabilization, Category of Civil Engineering works. Here again the skill set of specialized personnel and a specialized set of purpose built equipment is required. Both the pre-requisites mentioned are acquired through long years of experience in such type of works and for various clients at different locations which are challenging due to unique geological conditions and circumstances. Our company has a good long record of such works to the complete satisfaction of our prestigious clientsand has the equipment, personnel and the planning skill-set to carry-out such works.

Vertical Shafts

Surge Tanks or Vertical Shafts require special techniques of anchoring, grating and extension for H.P.P have been built by the company with complete lining process.

Adits/Underground Galleries

Adits for longer length tunnels have been made to facilitate headings/openings for tunnels.Underground Excavation for small sized power houses have also been constructed in different running river terrains.

Micro Piling and Chemical Grouting

Micro Piling is new method of stabilise foundation in weak ground conditions. Micro piling along with chemical grouting to supplement the strength required for bearing capacity can also be provided.
